Increases reporting frequency on children receiving both regional center services and foster care/adoption assistance benefits from annually to three times per year (March 1, July 1, and November 1) to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee.

Requires the State Department of Social Services and State Department of Developmental Services to provide detailed data on services, appeals, adoptions, and rate supplements for children who are regional center consumers and receive AFDC-FC, ARC, Kin-GAP, or AAP benefits.

Mandates public transparency by requiring both departments to post the collected data on their internet websites with reciprocal links to each other's data.

Applies reporting requirements beginning in 2024 with submission dates of March 1, July 1, and November 1 of each year, replacing previous annual reporting requirement.
