Authorizes the Secretary of State to seek an agreement with the federal Social Security Administration to obtain death statistics for canceling voter registrations of deceased persons.

Requires the Secretary of State to adopt regulations governing electronic transfer of death statistics from the Social Security Administration upon obtaining such an agreement.

Requires the Secretary of State and county elections officials to use death data obtained under these provisions to cancel affidavits of registration of deceased persons beginning January 1, 2026.

Designates this bill as imposing a state-mandated local program on county elections officials, with reimbursement to be made pursuant to statutory procedures if the Commission on State Mandates determines costs are mandated by the state.
