Authorizes the Alfred E. Alquist Seismic Safety Commission to coordinate with the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and Office of Emergency Services on seismic mitigation and earthquake early warning technology through January 1, 2030.

Requires the commission to develop a list of all California fire stations and assess their compliance with the Essential Services Buildings Seismic Safety Act of 1986 standards.

Directs the commission to collect data on earthquake early warning technology implementation in fire stations and their interest in adopting such technology.

Authorizes the commission to research alternative funding sources for seismic mitigation activities.

Requires annual reports to the Assembly Committee on Emergency Management and Senate Committee on Governmental Organization beginning January 1, 2026, describing the commission's actions and findings related to these activities.
