California State University must implement recommendations from California State Auditor Report 2022-109 (dated July 18, 2023) by July 1, 2026

CSU must develop standardized sexual harassment investigation guidelines, tracking systems for case timeliness, and consistent case management systems across all campuses

CSU must establish policies addressing unprofessional conduct, prevent positive employment references for employees found to have engaged in sexual harassment, and issue best practices for reporting awareness

Chancellor's office must conduct regular compliance reviews of each CSU campus to ensure adherence to law, policy, and sexual harassment best practices

CSU must submit initial progress report by July 1, 2025, and final implementation report by December 1, 2026, to the Legislature and specified legislative committees
