Allows users to provide express consent to keep personal provenance data unredacted for specific content or all their uploads, with the ability to revoke consent at any time.

Requires platforms to append and maintain labels disclosing any system provenance data that was redacted due to technical inseparability, without disclosing the personal data that was removed.

Violations constitute unfair business practices enforceable under California's consumer protection laws.
