Requires the Emergency Medical Services Authority to develop standards for personal protective equipment (PPE) for ambulance personnel by January 1, 2027.

Mandates the authority update PPE standards by January 1, 2032, and every five years thereafter.

Adds PPE standards development to the authority's existing requirement to develop planning and implementation guidelines for emergency medical services systems.
