Requires local educational agencies (school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools) to annually notify parents or guardians of pupils in grades 7-12 about dual enrollment and International Baccalaureate courses offered.

School districts must provide this notice at the beginning of the first semester or quarter of the regular school term as part of their existing annual notification requirements under Section 48980.

Establishes that if the Commission on State Mandates determines this bill creates state-mandated costs, reimbursement to local agencies and school districts shall be made pursuant to Government Code Part 7.
