Amends Item 3480-001-3046 to adjust Department of Conservation appropriations from the Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Administrative Fund to $123,215,000, with reallocation among the Geologic Energy Management Division, Administration, and Reimbursements.

Amends Item 3900-001-3046 to set State Air Resources Board appropriations from the Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Administrative Fund at $5,890,000, divided between Stationary Source ($4,865,000) and Climate Change ($1,025,000).

Designates 55 bills (including AB 153-AB 185 and SB 153-SB 185, excluding AB 180) as other appropriations bills related to the Budget Bill under California Constitution Article IV, Section 12(e).

Takes effect immediately as a Budget Bill and was approved by the Governor on September 30, 2024.
