Requires the Riverside County Citizens Redistricting Commission to adjust supervisorial district boundaries in accordance with the criteria set forth in the FAIR Maps Act of 2023.

Mandates the commission conduct at least seven public hearings over 30+ days before drawing a map and at least two additional public hearings over 30+ days after drawing a draft map, with at least one hearing in each supervisorial district.

Requires live translation of hearings in applicable languages (defined as languages spoken by 3%+ of county voting-age residents) upon 24-hour notice and mandates all outreach materials and website content be translated in applicable languages.

Prohibits commission members from communicating with individuals regarding redistricting matters outside public meetings and bars members for three years after service from holding local appointive office, working for elected officials, registering as lobbyists, or receiving noncompetitively bid county contracts.

Establishes that if the Commission on State Mandates finds this act contains state-mandated costs, reimbursement shall be made pursuant to existing statutory provisions.
