Enacts the San Jacinto Wildlife Area Preservation Act to establish special protections and management requirements for the San Jacinto Wildlife Area in Riverside County.

Requires the Department of Fish and Wildlife to prepare management plan updates for the San Jacinto Wildlife Area beginning January 1, 2025, and every 15 years thereafter, in collaboration with Native American tribes, county agencies, and the public.

Mandates the department to develop partnerships with community-based and environmental organizations for fundraising, habitat maintenance, conservation projects, and recreational programs at the San Jacinto Wildlife Area.

Requires the department to hold annual public hearings beginning December 31, 2025, to review the area's status, discuss management plan effectiveness, and identify collaboration opportunities with community organizations.

Declares that special legislation is necessary to protect the San Jacinto Wildlife Area's open spaces, native plants, and wildlife species as Riverside County continues rapid growth.
