Amends the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act to allow buyers of travel trailers or motor homes to elect reimbursement instead of replacement if the manufacturer fails to repair defects after a reasonable number of attempts.

Specifies that buyers of travel trailers or motor homes designed for human habitation are not required to accept a replacement vehicle from the manufacturer.

Adds definitions for "travel trailer" (a vehicular unit without motive power designed to be towed or carried by a motor vehicle) and "motor home" to the Civil Code.

Maintains existing requirements that manufacturers maintain sufficient service and repair facilities and complete warranty repairs within 30 days.

Preserves separate replacement and restitution procedures for new motor vehicles while establishing the election right specifically for travel trailers and motor home portions.
