Authorizes county coroners to test bodily fluids during autopsy for xylazine presence if they reasonably suspect death was from an accidental or intentional opioid overdose, or if the deceased was administered an overdose intervention drug and remained unresponsive.

Requires coroners to report positive xylazine test results to the Overdose Detection Mapping Application Program and submit quarterly reports to the State Department of Public Health including total tests performed and State File Numbers of positive cases.

Mandates the State Department of Public Health post xylazine testing data on the California Overdose Surveillance Dashboard, including total positive results statewide, results by county, and xylazine-positive overdose deaths per 100,000 population.
