Require reporting of allowable application dates and times in notices of intent, and exact start and end dates and times in pesticide use reports for applications near schoolsites.

Direct the Department of Pesticide Regulation to adopt regulations by December 31, 2026 extending the 1/4-mile schoolsite restrictions to private schools serving 6 or more pupils in kindergarten through grade 12.

Require county agricultural commissioners and the department to use private school directory information from the State Department of Education website to identify regulated private schools, with liability protections for operators using inaccurate or out-of-date information.
