Requires workers' compensation notices posted by employers to include information that injured employees may consult a licensed attorney to advise them of their rights under workers' compensation laws, with attorney's fees typically paid from the employee's recovery.

Maintains existing requirements for posted notices to include emergency medical treatment information, covered injuries and illnesses, employee physician selection rights, disability and death benefits, injury reporting procedures, time limits for notification, anti-discrimination protections, and website resources.

Notices must be easily understandable, posted in both English and Spanish where Spanish-speaking employees are present, and kept in conspicuous locations frequented by employees during work hours.

Failure to post the required notice remains a misdemeanor and prima facie evidence of noninsurance; employees automatically receive treatment from their personal physician for injuries occurring during posting failures.
