Requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to submit an annual report on or before July 1, 2025, and each July 1 thereafter to the Governor, Legislature, and relevant legislative committees

Report must include a description of significant problems discovered by the department's internal auditor and a summary of investigations and reviews conducted during the previous year

Department must make the report available to the public and post it on its internet website after submitting to state officials

Report submission must comply with Section 9795 of the Government Code
