CA AB1942

Requires all students attending California State University or California Community Colleges to be eligible for paid opportunities regardless of immigration status, including employment, fellowships, residencies, apprenticeships, and contract work.

Mandates the Trustees of the California State University and the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges adopt policies consistent with this requirement.

Adds Section 66032 to the Education Code to establish these eligibility provisions.
