Restores sentencing enhancements for taking, damaging, or destroying property during the commission or attempted commission of a felony, effective until January 1, 2030.

Imposes additional consecutive prison terms based on property loss amounts: one year for losses exceeding $50,000; two years for losses exceeding $200,000; three years for losses exceeding $1,000,000; and four years for losses exceeding $3,000,000.

Requires an additional one-year term for each additional $3,000,000 in property loss beyond the $3,000,000 threshold.

Allows aggregation of losses across multiple charges if they arise from a common scheme or plan, with facts about loss amounts requiring admission by the defendant or proof by the trier of fact.

Sunsets on January 1, 2030, with legislative intent to review the provisions within five years to consider inflation's effects on the imposed terms.
