Primary ticket sellers must include a human trafficking notice with electronic ticket purchase confirmations for events at entertainment facilities with capacity over 15,000 people.

Notice must contain information about commercial sex and labor trafficking, including hotline numbers: Be Free (text 233-733), National Human Trafficking Hotline (1-888-373-7888), and CAST (1-888-539-2373).

Notice must state that commercial trafficking is a felony in California subject to prosecution.

Primary ticket sellers must provide the notice in English, Spanish, and one additional language that is the most widely spoken in the county where the facility is located and mandated for translation by the federal Voting Rights Act of 1965.

Applies to publicly or privately owned entertainment venues including arenas, auditoriums, concert halls, stadiums, theaters, and similar venues, but excludes amusement parks and fairgrounds.
