Requires each school district, county office of education, or charter school operating a middle college or early college high school/program to submit annual reports to the State Department of Education beginning August 1, 2026, and each August 1 thereafter.

Reports must include enrollment data, college-level courses offered and completed, students earning high school diplomas with associate degrees or transfer certificates, and partner institution information, all disaggregated by grade level, gender, socioeconomic status, race/ethnicity, and disproportionately impacted groups.

Mandates the State Department of Education to aggregate submitted data and submit a consolidated report to the Legislature and Department of Finance by November 15, 2026, and each November 15 thereafter.

Aggregated reports must include total count of middle college and early college schools/programs, lists of partner institutions of higher education, summaries of memoranda of understanding with partners, and data disaggregated by county and demographics.
