Requires the Energy Commission to biennially assess compliance of electric vehicle charging stations installed after January 1, 2024 that received state incentives or ratepayer funding with accessibility requirements under California Building Standards Code and federal guidance.

Mandates the Energy Commission consult with state agencies including the Department of General Services and California Building Standards Commission, and federal agencies including the federal Access Board, when conducting the assessment.

Requires the Energy Commission to submit a biennial report to the Legislature concurrent with updates to the statewide electric vehicle charging infrastructure assessment.

Defines "electric vehicle charging station" as stations installed on or after January 1, 2024 that received an incentive from a state agency or through a ratepayer charge.

Repeals these provisions on January 1, 2036.
