Chancellor of the California Community Colleges must submit a report to the Legislature by December 1, 2025, with recommendations for systemic reforms to prevent, detect, and address sexual harassment on community college campuses.

Report shall include recommendations for baseline standards and policies consistent with best practices for detecting and preventing sexual harassment recurrence.

Report must address monitoring methods for policy effectiveness and compliance with state and federal sexual harassment laws, plus protocols for transparent public reporting on complaints and outcomes.

Report shall cover recruitment, hiring, and training of staff at campus, district, and system levels to prevent and address sexual harassment.

Report shall recommend state-level support and resources to enhance campus reform efforts; section automatically repeals January 1, 2027.
