Requires comprehensive sexual health education in grades 7-12 to include information about resources for adolescent relationship abuse and intimate partner violence, including the National Domestic Violence Hotline and local domestic violence hotlines available 24 hours a day.

Resources must provide information about confidential support services for pupils who have experienced domestic violence or stalking.

Applies to school districts, charter schools, county boards of education, county superintendents of schools, the California School for the Deaf, and the California School for the Blind.

Establishes that if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill creates state-mandated costs, reimbursement shall be made pursuant to Government Code Part 7.
