Requires each superior court to report data on petitions filed under Section 1203.4b (California Conservation Camp program and county incarcerated hand crew program relief petitions) to the Judicial Council, beginning May 1, 2027, and every other year thereafter.

Superior courts must report the number of petitions filed, granted, and denied; petition filing and decision dates; number of pending petitions; and the type of filer (public defender, defense counsel, nonprofit, or self-represented).

Mandates the Judicial Council to compile statewide data from all superior courts and submit a report to the Legislature beginning June 1, 2027, and every other year thereafter.

Automatically repeals on January 1, 2037, ending the reporting requirements.
