Extends the operation of the California New Motor Voter Program taskforce from January 1, 2025 to January 1, 2030.

Taskforce must include the Secretary of State's NVRA coordinator, Department of Motor Vehicles NVRA coordinator, county elections officials, language accessibility experts, disability community representatives, and elections and civic design experts.

Requires the taskforce to convene for meetings at least quarterly to advise on effective implementation of the California New Motor Voter Program and development of annual reviews.

Approved by Governor September 22, 2024 and filed with Secretary of State on the same date.
