Requires the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission and State Air Resources Board to include job creation and workforce development information in their annual joint report on hydrogen-fueling station network progress.

Report must detail the number of hydrogen-fueling workforce training programs in the state, participants in those programs, graduates, and related jobs created annually, limited to stations funded by active commission agreements.

Focuses workforce reporting on construction, operation, and maintenance of hydrogen-fueling stations specifically funded through the Clean Transportation Program.

Maintains existing requirement that the commission allocate at least 15% annually of Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Fund moneys to hydrogen-fueling stations until July 1, 2030.
