Establishes that gates failing to comply 30 days after violation notice constitute a public nuisance, allowing district attorneys and city/county attorneys to seek injunctive relief and recover investigation costs and attorney's fees.

Limits applicability to existing gates as of January 1, 2025, only at school grounds and local or state parks; applies to all newly installed gates after that date.
