California State Auditor's Office must conduct a comprehensive assessment and inventory of the Imperial Irrigation District's electricity distribution assets by September 30, 2025

Assessment must document whether each asset is inside or outside the district's boundaries, the county location, predicted remaining life, estimated cash value and replacement cost, and any new assets planned for purchase outside district boundaries

Auditor must submit report to the Legislature in compliance with Government Code Section 9795

This requirement is repealed on January 1, 2029 pursuant to Government Code Section 10231.5
