Requires general acute care hospitals to report annually to the Department of Health Care Access and Information about specialties listed on their call panels, in the format and timing requested by the department.

Hospitals must report whether each specialty is available seven days per week and 24 hours per day, or less frequently, without including personally identifiable information about individual providers.

Hospitals must provide their telephone number for interfacility transfers.

Department must develop and maintain a searchable database of hospitals organized by location, available specialties, and the reported information.

Database must be searchable by specialty and distance and made accessible to hospital staff.
