Applies to places of short-term lodging, internet websites, applications, platforms, and any other persons advertising or listing short-term rentals

Establishes civil penalties up to $10,000 per violation, enforceable by city attorneys, district attorneys, county counsel, or the Attorney General

Becomes operative on July 1, 2025
