CA AB2207

Expands the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Advisory Committee from 15 to 17-21 members and adds the Executive Director of the California Commission on Aging as a required member.

Adds organizations representing older adults to the California Workforce Development Board's list of eligible workforce representatives and defines "older adults" as persons 60 years of age or older.

Requires the California Behavioral Health Planning Council to appoint the Executive Director of the California Commission on Aging or their designee to the council.

Modifies the Alzheimer's committee's scope to track recommendations from the Governor's Task Force on Alzheimer's Prevention and Preparedness and the California Master Plan for Aging, and adds focus on brain health and risk reduction.

Contains conditional operative language that Section 1.5 only takes effect if this bill and AB 2680 are both enacted and this bill is enacted after AB 2680.
