Repeals and replaces Section 2124 of the Unemployment Insurance Code regarding the place of trial for unemployment insurance violations.

Expands venue options to include any county where money or property from the alleged offenses was obtained, in addition to existing venue provisions.

Maintains existing trial venue options: the defendant's county of residence or principal place of business, or any county where the defendant was transacting business resulting in the alleged offenses.

Designates Sacramento County as the place of trial if none of the other specified counties are applicable.
