Amends the California Healthy Youth Act to add menstrual health as a required topic in the definition of "comprehensive sexual health education"

Requires school districts to include instruction on menstrual cycle, premenstrual syndrome, pain management, menstrual hygiene, menstrual disorders, menstrual irregularities, menopause, and menstrual stigma

Applies to all pupils in grades 7 to 12 in school districts, county boards of education, county superintendents of schools, the California School for the Deaf, the California School for the Blind, and charter schools

Establishes that if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill imposes state-mandated costs, reimbursement shall be made pursuant to existing statutory procedures under Government Code Part 7

Approved by the Governor on September 27, 2024, and filed with the Secretary of State the same day
