Requires cities and counties to post pet emergency preparedness information on their websites, including evacuation plans, local pet assistance organizations, and pet-friendly emergency facilities.

Designates pet-friendly shelters must comply with state and local emergency plan safety procedures and Federal Emergency Management Agency disaster assistance policies.
