• Mandates the Department of Education publish resources for chartering authorities on data analysis during charter renewal and publish a list of all charter schools and their performance levels within 60 days of the California School Dashboard release.

• Requires charter schools to authorize chartering authorities to receive verified data directly from assessment publishers and establishes specific criteria for what constitutes valid verified data.
