Urges University of California to report by June 30, 2024, and annually thereafter on each campus's progress toward completing repatriation of California Native American human remains and associated funerary objects under the California Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act of 2001.

Urges the UC President's office to provide available funding to support repatriation efforts at each UC campus.

Urges University of California to prohibit use of any Native American human remains or cultural items for teaching or research purposes.

Requires California State Auditor to conduct audits in 2024 and 2026 (in addition to previously mandated 2019 and 2021 audits) regarding UC compliance with federal and state Native American repatriation laws.

Requires State Auditor to report audit findings to the Legislature, Native American Heritage Commission, and other appropriate entities.
