Extends the deadline for the State Board of Optometry to adopt regulations establishing a registry for mobile optometric office owners and operators from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2026.

Allows owners and operators to file quarterly reports as a single annual report during the first 2-year renewal period, due on or before January 1 of each calendar year.

Delays enforcement actions against mobile optometric office operators based on affiliation status with California optometry schools until January 1, 2026 or after the board adopts final regulations, whichever comes first.

Extends the repeal date of mobile optometric office regulations from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2035.
