Increase sexual violence and harassment prevention training payments for janitorial employers to $200 per participant for sessions with fewer than 10 participants and $80 per participant for sessions with 10 or more participants, effective until January 1, 2026, with annual increases thereafter based on the California Price Index.

Require the Department of Industrial Relations to contract with UCLA Labor Center to conduct a study on worker safety and employment rights in the janitorial industry, with a report due by May 1, 2026 covering production rates, injury risks, wage theft, workers' compensation data, and impacts of demographic factors.

Establish an advisory committee by June 15, 2025 comprised of state agencies, labor unions, employers, and subject matter experts to recommend the scope of the janitorial industry study.

Repeal the study contract and reporting provisions on January 1, 2027.

Make technical amendments to Labor Code definitions and requirements related to janitorial worker protections and employer registration.
