Requires Type 48 on-sale general public premises licensees to provide drink lids upon customer request, effective July 1, 2025 through January 1, 2027.

Allows licensees to charge a reasonable fee for providing lids, not to exceed the wholesale cost of the lids.

Requires licensees to post a notice stating "Don't get roofied! Drink lids and drink spiking drug test kits available here. Ask a staff member for details." in a prominent location.

Specifies that violations of the drink lid requirement are not crimes and that first-time violations result only in a warning from the department.

Permits licensees to offer lids to customers free of charge and does not require lids to fit all beverage containers, only at least one.
