Amends Civil Code Section 798.15 to require mobilehome park rental agreements to include information about the Mobilehome Residency Law Protection Program (MRLPP)

Adds details to the required notice provided to homeowners about the MRLPP, including that it helps resolve complaints related to the Mobilehome Residency Law and is administered by the Department of Housing and Community Development

Specifies that the MRLPP is funded by a $10.00 annual registration fee per mobilehome lot collected from management, which may be passed to homeowners at rent payment time

Requires the annual MRLPP registration fee to appear as a separate line item on rent bills with a clear written description and HCD contact information

Approved by Governor on September 22, 2024, and effective as of that date
