Requires community college districts to include a description of active involvement of all campus groups in developing student equity plans for each college in the district.

Specifies that student equity plans must document participation from the academic senate, academic faculty and staff, student services, students, and community members.

Applies to community colleges receiving Student Success and Support Program funding as a condition of receipt.

Provides for state reimbursement to local agencies and school districts for any costs mandated by the bill, if determined by the Commission on State Mandates.

Approved by Governor September 27, 2024, and became Chapter 715.
