Authorizes search warrants to be issued when property or things constitute evidence of sex trafficking of a person under 18 years of age in violation of Section 236.1(c) of the Penal Code.

Removes previous language authorizing warrants for "communications in furtherance of solicitation of a minor" and eliminates provisions prohibiting use of evidence to charge minors or children with crimes.

Expands existing Penal Code Section 1524 to add sex trafficking of minors as an additional ground for issuing search warrants, alongside existing grounds for other crimes.

Allows law enforcement to seize evidence related to child sex trafficking offenses through the search warrant process.
