Prohibits requiring electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) to be retested or placed in service by a sealer or service agency after maintenance if the EVSE was previously placed in service, provided the maintenance does not affect the equipment's accuracy.

Applies only if the maintenance performed does not affect whether the EVSE is correct or functioning properly.

Sunset provision: The exemption expires on January 1, 2028, and the statute is repealed as of that date.
