Amends Government Code Section 27061 to extend the deadline for county treasurers to provide settlement of cash receipts and disbursements from 10 business days to 12 business days after receiving a request from the auditor.

Maintains the requirement that treasurers settle accounts relating to collection, care, and disbursement of public revenue with the auditor no less frequently than monthly.

Originally introduced as a property tax allocation bill but was amended to focus solely on county treasurer settlement procedures.
