Requires law enforcement agencies to post information about in-custody deaths on their internet websites within 10 days, including victim name, county, facility, race, gender, age, date of death, custodial status, and manner/means of death

Expands existing reporting requirements to include deaths of juveniles in custody

Requires agencies to update posted information within 30 days if any details change, including the date of death once determined by a medical examiner

Defines "in-custody death" to include deaths occurring while a person is detained, arrested, en route to incarceration, or incarcerated in any state or local correctional facility, including juvenile facilities and deaths in medical facilities while in law enforcement custody

Allows agencies an additional 10 days beyond the 10-day posting deadline if they are making good faith efforts to notify next of kin
