Repeals prohibition on community college districts implementing policies, procedures, and systems that exclude non-resident applicants from registered nursing programs.

Adds "being a resident of the community college district" as a criterion that may be considered in multicriteria screening processes for nursing program admissions.

Replaces criterion regarding applicants residing in medically underserved areas with criterion for district residency.

Extends the sunset date for community college nursing program admission provisions from January 1, 2025 to January 1, 2030.

Requires community college registered nursing programs using multicriteria screening to report annual admissions policies and demographic data on admitted and completed students to the chancellor.
