Expands prohibitions on concealing egregious misconduct to include state special schools alongside school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools.

Requires job applicants for certificated positions to provide prospective employers with a complete list of all previous school district, county office of education, charter school, and state special school employment.

Mandates that prospective employers inquire with each applicant's previous employers about any credible complaints, substantiated investigations, or discipline for egregious misconduct that were required to be reported to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

Requires school employers that reported egregious misconduct to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing to disclose this fact upon inquiry and provide copies of all relevant reported information to inquiring employers.

Establishes that school employees who make false allegations of egregious misconduct knowing they are false are subject to certificate revocation if applicable.
