Defines "behavioral health and wellness screening" as a screening, test, or assessment to identify indicators or symptoms of behavioral health issues, including depression and anxiety.

Notices must include information about the benefits of screenings for both depression and anxiety.

Exempts Medi-Cal managed care plans contracted with the State Department of Health Care Services from these notice requirements.
