Mandates GO-Biz submit a comprehensive report to the Legislature by January 1, 2026 regarding challenges identified in the data collection process, with this reporting requirement ending January 1, 2030.

Requires GO-Biz to establish a permit streamlining specialist to assist local authorities with permit delays and denials related to zero-emission vehicle infrastructure.
