Requires the Department of Housing and Community Development to include an evaluation of the Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention (HHAP) program in its annual report to the Governor and Legislature.

Adds the HHAP program evaluation as a new requirement to the existing annual report on housing program operations and accomplishments, submitted by December 31 each year.

The HHAP program provides one-time grant funds to jurisdictions to address homelessness challenges through regional coordination and local capacity development.

Maintains all existing annual report requirements including units assisted, individuals and households served, income levels, geographic distribution, and leveraged public and private funds.
