Extends the statute of limitations revival period for sexual assault claims to include claims that would otherwise be barred before January 1, 2025, with a filing window from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026.

Requires revived claims to allege both that one or more entities or persons are legally responsible for damages and that an entity engaged in a cover up or attempted cover up of a previous instance or allegations of sexual assault.

Defines "cover up" as a concerted effort to hide evidence relating to sexual assault that incentivizes silence or prevents disclosure, including through nondisclosure or confidentiality agreements.

Specifies that failure to allege a cover up against one entity does not prevent revival of claims against other entities or the perpetrator.

Revives related claims such as wrongful termination and sexual harassment arising from the underlying sexual assault.
